JuniorKids Refund and Exchange Policy
Simple and Customer-Friendly Returns
At JuniorKids, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. We've updated our return policy to offer you more flexibility and peace of mind.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are now available within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased on juniorkids.ca.
- The item is returned in a 100% new condition with tags.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer has contacted us in advance for return instructions.
Exchange Policy
For all formal and non-formal items, we continue to offer exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Undergarments
- Items with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@juniorkids.ca within 48 hours of receipt, including a picture of the item. We'll guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.
Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a gift certificate to the gift giver.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or future purchases.
