    How can I ensure I'm choosing the right size for my child?

    Selecting the correct size is crucial for your child's comfort. We recommend using our detailed size guide available on every product page. This guide will help you match your child's measurements to our sizes. Keep in mind that children grow at different rates, and if you're unsure, it's often a good idea to choose a size up for longer wear.     What if the size I need is not listed or out of stock?

    If the desired size is out of stock, we'll check if we have a similar product available. Please send us a message through chat or email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
    Can you explain your updated return and exchange policy?

    Certainly! We've updated our policy to be more flexible. For online purchases, we now offer refunds within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are returned in new condition with tags. For exchanges, items can be returned within 15 days in-store or within 30 days of the shipping date, with the original receipt and price tags attached. Please note that items marked down more than 60% are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

    How do I return or exchange an item?

    To return or exchange an item, you can bring it to any of our store locations or mail it back to us. For mail returns, it's pretty simple:

    • Access Your Account: Click HERE to access your account.
    • Request a Return: Select the items you wish to return and request a return.
    • Choose Your Option: Choose whether to pay a flat fee of $12 + tax upfront to cover part of the shipping costs, or have it deducted from your refund, if applicable. (Believe us, in an ideal world, returns would be free but shipping in Canada is very expensive and on most orders, we offer free shipping but cannot offer free returns. Nonetheless, we cover part of the cost to reduce the fee on our customers. We do not choose to hide this fee in our pricing like on other sites; we strive to give you the lowest price, highest quality, most stylish looks for your kids, and the best service possible.)

    Once you've submitted your return request, our dedicated team will manually approve it, and a return label will be generated for you. We're here to make your return experience hassle-free!

  • ORDERS & PAYMENTS

    What payment methods do you accept online?

    We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Online, you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Sezzle, ApplePay, GooglePay, Etransfer, and JuniorKids gift cards. For those who prefer alternative methods, we also accept direct wire transfers upon request.     How do I use a promotional code on my order?

    If you have a promotional code, you can apply it to your order to receive a discount. Enter your code in the 'Discount Code' field before proceeding to checkout and click 'OK' to apply it.     Can I update or cancel my order after it's been placed?

    How do you calculate shipping costs?

    For orders within Canada, shipping is free when you spend $75 or more before taxes. For orders under $75, or for certain bulky items like princess dresses or outerwear, a fixed shipping rate applies. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size. If you have specific questions about shipping costs, please contact us.

    How long does delivery take, and can I track my order?

    We pride ourselves on prompt delivery. For customers in Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes, we offer next-day shipping when available, so you can expect your order in 24 to 48 hours. For other provinces, please allow an extra day. International delivery times vary. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

    What if I need to change the delivery address or have special shipping requests?

    If your order hasn't been processed yet, you can change the delivery address or make special shipping requests. Contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and the new details. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
