Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials are covered by this policy. Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, natural wear tear or failure to follow care instructions are not covered by this warranty. Once activated, the warranty lasts for 90 days from the date of purchase.

If we determine, in its sole discretion, that the item has a defect covered under this Warranty, we will repair or replace the item as soon as possible.
