JuniorKids Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Refunds

Exciting news! Our return policy just got even better at JuniorKids. Now, enjoy refunds within 30 days for online purchases returned in new condition with tags. It's simple:

  1. Access Your Account: Click HERE to access your account.
  2. Request a Return: Select the items you wish to return and request a return.
  3. Choose Your Option: Choose whether to pay a flat fee of $12 + tax upfront to cover part of the shipping costs, or have it deducted from your refund, if applicable. (Believe us, in an ideal world, returns would be free but shipping in Canada is very expensive and on most orders, we offer free shipping but cannot offer free returns. Nonetheless, we cover part of the cost to reduce the fee on our customers. We do not choose to hide this fee in our pricing like on other sites; we strive to give you the lowest price, highest quality, most stylish looks for your kids, and the best service possible.)
Once you've submitted your return request, our dedicated team will manually approve it, and a return label will be generated for you. We're here to make your return experience hassle-free!

Exchanges

For formal wear, exchanges are possible until the day of your event. For non-formal items, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments
  • Items showing obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

Damaged Item Received

If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at support@juniorkids.ca with a picture. We will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If not, we'll issue a gift certificate to the gift giver upon return receipt.

Return Options

  • In-Store Exchange: Visit a JuniorKids branch for a direct exchange (store locator). Ensure the desired outfit is in stock by calling ahead. If needed, we can order it for you. If opting for a gift card, the store will generate it for you.

  • Mail-In Exchange: Send your order back to us by post (shipping costs not included). Inform us via email at support@juniorkids.ca if you prefer to manage the return yourself or would like us to schedule it. If using our service, we'll send you a delivery invoice and return slip. Upon warehouse receipt and inspection, we'll issue a virtual gift card for a new order.

Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, an exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to future purchases.
