WHY CAN'T I FIND THE SIZE I NEED OR THE SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK?
If you cannot find the size you want on the product page, then maybe that size doesn’t exist for that product. If the size is sold out or out of stock, we always have the option of ordering it from the supplier. Please send us a message on our Chat or Messenger on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/juniorkids.ca) for quick help.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?
Yes please refer to our Size Chart page on www.juniorkids.ca/sizechart. Please note that since we buy from suppliers all over the world, the main size chart represents average sizes of our product and for specific products, size charts are available on that product’s page. As a general rule, our sizes represent the age of your average size child. For a longer use of the item, we advise you to take a size above the age of your child.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can exchange any unworn and unwashed item within 15 days in store or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date with its price tag attached and original receipt. Any item that is marked down more than 60% off is considered a final sale, and as such, cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any item marked down by less than 60% to which an additional rebate is applied can only be exchanged.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
The straightforward answer is NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY. Our return policy is very simple: all our formal outfits are exchangeable until the day of your occasion. For all non-formal items, we allow exchange for up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We do not accept used items. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards Underwear Items with obvious signs of use, parts damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error. To complete your exchange, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN STORE?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER?
You can exchange by letting us know your desire to do so via email at email@example.com. Please include your order number. We will send you an email with a return label within 24 to 48 hours and all the shipping details. Please note all returns by post will be at your cost.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY TYPE OF ITEM?
No. For reasons of hygiene, some items such as underwear or accessories cannot be exchanged. All returns will need to be in its original state with all price tags still attached, with no exceptions. Any item that is marked down more than 60% off is considered a final sale, and as such, cannot be exchanged. Any already reduced item to which an additional rebate is applied can only be exchanged following the same conditions noted above.
WILL A REFUND BE ISSUED IF MY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
Yes. You will only be invoiced for the shipped items. Your total invoice will be lower than the original pre-authorized amount.
SNOWSUIT SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE SNOWSUIT SIZE CHART?
These are flat measurements so if you took your child's waist size, divide by 2 to get the flat measurement that corresponds to the size chart. For the chest, please add an extra 15 CM for growth factor.
DO THE PANTS FOLD AT THE BOTTOM TO PREVENT THEM FROM RUBBING ON THE GROUND?
Yes! The pants fold up and button at the bottom.
WHAT IS THE WATERPROOF RATE?
DO THE PANTS STRAPS COME OFF?
Yes they do!
IS IT MACHINE WASHABLE?
Yes it is!

WHEN AM I SUPPOSED TO ENTER MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?
You can enter your promotional code before you click on “Proceed to Checkout” in the “Discount Code” field and then you have to click on the OK button.
WHEN AM I SUPPOSED TO ENTER MY GIFT CARD?
You can enter your gift card number after you click on “Proceed to Checkout” when you fill out the payment information.
WHY DO I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I SELECT A SIZE FOR AN ITEM I WANT TO BUY?
Available sizes are in blue. The grey ones mean that they are out of stock.
WHY DOES THE PRICE OF AN ITEM CHANGE WHEN I CLICK ON A SIZE?
At some occasions, bigger sizes in our children’s collections have a price tag a little higher than the smaller sizes, even when they’re on sale.

Yes. Our prices are always the same whether it’s in stores or online at www.juniorkids.ca unless there is an exclusive offer online.

CAN WE TRY ON YOUR CLOTHES AT THE STORE?
Yes you can! We have specific hygiene rules and limits but you are welcome to try before you buy!
WHY IS THE DELIVERY NOT FREE ON CERTAIN ITEMS (I.E. SNOWSUITS, OUTERWEAR, ETC.)?
Bulky items such as snowsuits are not included in the FREE SHIPPING promo and we charge the minimal amount of 15$ per snowsuit. Where are you located? The reason we ask is because we can deliver it to one of our stores for free pick up. We make no profit on the delivery, unfortunately that's what it costs with Canada Post. Many sites will include delivery in their selling price but we also have stores so we wanted to keep the same price everywhere. Finally, if an item isn’t included in the FREE SHIPPING promo, the dynamic bar on the top of the page will change automatically to state that your item is excluded.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN A JUNIORKIDS STORE?
Yes. You can choose our in-store pick-up option during checkout and select your desired store location for order pick-up. Please note that if the required store isn’t available for pick-up, it's because the selected model, size, or color, is not available at that store. However, do select ANY store for pick-up and when you receive your confirmation email, simply reply that you would like it to be transferred to the store of your choice and we will put a note in your file to do so! Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notifying you to come pick it up in store! No need to inquire further!
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping charges are free when you buy for 75$ or more before taxes. The in-store pick-up option is always free. Some conditions do apply for volume items such as princess dresses or outerwear (the fixed shipping rate is 15$ per snowsuit or dress). Free Shipping is not available to remote areas and extra shipping charges may apply.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We are proud to use NEXT-DAY SHIPPING when available so that you can receive your order in 24 to 48 hours for customers in Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes (for the rest of the provinces, add an extra day). If we have to order it from the supplier, please add 2 weeks. In peak times, please allow a few more days to process your order.

ORDER FOLLOW-UPS & MODIFICATIONS
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL?
Your order is being processed. You will receive a first email with your invoice and a second one with a shipping notice for home deliveries. As for in-store pick-ups, you will receive an email to inform you that your order is ready and waiting to be picked up at the store.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

WHEN WE HAVE TO REFUND AN ORDER, DO I AUTOMATICALLY GET A REFUND?
It can take up to 5 working days before you can actually get your refund back on your credit card but you will get an automatic email once the refund is processed. Please be patient with our banking system - your money is on its way back!
